A step-by-step guide

How to use our 150kW chargers

Step 1: Choose a charging bay

Each Tritium PKM 150kW charger has two charging ports or dispensers. On the charger unit screen, select which dispenser you will use for your charging session.

Step 2: Connect the charging cable

Open your vehicle’s charging port per your vehicle manufacturer’s handbook. Attach any adapters needed as approved by your vehicle manufacturer. The charger screen will invite you to connect the charging cable to your vehicle.

Once the dispenser is inserted firmly, the charger will make a connection with your vehicle. This may take between 5-10 seconds.

The charger will display your successful connection on screen, and the dispenser will lock into place.

Step 3: Select your payment method and start charge

Open your bp pulse app, enter the charger ID, and select the connector you are using.

Select the charge button.

Track your charge session progress in the bp pulse app even while you step away from the charging station.

Tap your credit card on the card reader. The charger unit screen will display ‘charge session initiating’. Once initiated, the charging session details will display on screen.

Step 5: Stop your charging session

Press “Stop” in the bp pulse app or select "Stop" on the charger unit screen.

Return the charging cable to the charger. Please return the station as you found it. Thank you for supporting our EV community!

Pro tip:

Depending on your vehicle’s manufacturer and model, you may also be able to release your cable using a button inside your vehicle. This could be located on your dashboard, within your steering column, or in the trunk. Review your vehicle manual to confirm.

Pro tip:

Your charging cable may not unlock if the car is locked.
